Every year, members of the Rocky Top Embroidery & More, Inc. staff attend training, meet our suppliers and share ideas with other decorators and promotional product specialists. This year has not been any different. In January 2017, Stacy and I attended classes and met with suppliers in Orlando at the ASI, Advertising Specialty Institute. In March 2017, Jen and I attended classes and met with suppliers in Atlantic City for the ISS apparel trade show. Then this past week, Savannah and I went back to Atlantic City for more classes and met with other suppliers at the PPAI, Promotional Products Association International, Expo. Professional development and knowing our suppliers is just as important to us as knowing our customers. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best products that meet their needs and to do that, we need to know our industry and the suppliers in it. We saw 10s of thousands of items this past week and looked for unique items for many of our customers to help them market their business.
